Terms and Conditions Nectar St. George and Gelatin Gel ‘fairy bring you your pets

These regulations contain the parameters of participation, as well as the exclusions, restrictions, terms and conditions of the promotional activity called ” Nectar San Jorge and Gelatina Gel ‘hada bring you botilitos and collectible molds of the movie The Secret Life of your Pets 2″.which will be binding and opposable to all those who participate in the promotion, who by their participation in the same, declare to understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by Compañía Nacional de Levaduras Levapan S.A. for the participation in the promotion. Participation in the promotion will bind participants to the terms and conditions, and therefore non-compliance will result in exclusion from the promotion or revocation of prizes.

SCOPE

The promotion is organized by Levapan S.A., with NIT 860.000.261-6 whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and marketing of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the promotion is to boost sales nationwide. The promotion “Néctar San Jorge and Gelatina Gel ‘hada bring you collectible nozzles and molds of the movie The Secret Life of Pets 2”, will be disseminated through the website, stickers on the packaging, advertising material such as posters, banners, posters, headers and digital media.

The Gel’hada jelly boxes and Nectar San Jorge labels in this offer do not participate in the “Scratch and win with Gel’hada and Nectar san Jorge” promotion. This promotion starts on June (15), 2019 to November (30), 2019.

PARTICIPANTS

The promotion is open to any citizen of legal age, domiciled in Colombia, who purchases Gelatina Gel ‘hada and Néctar San Jorge in the presentations listed below and which are identified on the stickers that communicate the promotion on the packaging.

• Pack x 4 jelly jellies x 40g Gel ‘hada
• Six Pack of St. George nectar x 200 ml

PRIZE OR FREE ITEM

Participants who purchase the “Pack x 4 gelatins x 40g Gel’hada”, will find a promotional item consisting of a “Cube cup with lid”. Likewise, participants who purchase the “San Jorge Nectar Sixpack x 200 ml” will find a promotional item consisting of a “Botilito with lid”.

Each item comes with one of 6 character designs from the movie “The Secret Life of Your Pets 2″, as shown below:

MECHANICS OF PROMOTION

To participate in the promotional activity, participants must purchase the pre-pack of 4 Gel’hada jellies x 40g and the Six Pack of San Jorge nectar x 200 ml marked with the sticker announcing the promotion to receive a free promotional item from “…”.The Secret Life of Your Pets 2“.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELEMENT

The promotional element for Gelatina Gel’hada consists of a “bucket glass with lid” and for Nectar San Jorge a “Botilito with lid” elements injected in polypropylene. Each item comes with one of 6 collectible character designs from the movie “The Secret Life of Your Pets 2”. This product has been manufactured with food safe materials.

It is recommended to wash the product before its first use. To ensure longer product durability, it should not be washed with abrasive sponges or strong detergents. Check the cleanliness of the corners of the lid and the vessel to avoid accumulation of residues. Not suitable for use in microwave ovens. Avoid direct contact with high temperatures such as ovens or flames. This product can be refrigerated.

This product may contain small parts. For children under 3 years of age it is recommended to use under adult supervision.

• Cube glass with lid: Made of polypropylene, measures approximately 70 mm * 71 mm, decorated on one side Heat Tranfer full polychrome, embossed logos on the lid, collectible 6 different motifs.

• Little bottle with lid: Made of polypropylene, measures approximately 67 mm * 129 mm, decorated in full polychrome Stretch sleeve, collectible 6 different motifs.

DURATION

The promotion “Nectar St. George and Gelatin Gel ‘fairy bring you collectible nozzles and molds from the movie The Secret Life of Pets 2.”for Gelatina Gel’hada will begin on July 1, two thousand nineteen (2019) and will run until October 31, two thousand nineteen (2019) or while supplies last.

Note: For Almacenes Éxito the promotion will be available from May thirteenth (13) while supplies last.

The promotion “Nectar St. George and Gelatin Gel ‘fairy bring you collectible nozzles and molds from the movie The Secret Life of Pets 2.”for Nectar San Jorge will begin on July first (1), two thousand nineteen (2019) and will last until August thirty-first (31), two thousand nineteen (2019) or until stocks last.

Note: For Almacenes Éxito the promotion will be available from June fifteenth (15) while supplies last.

UNITS SUBJECT TO PROMOTION

Seven hundred and twenty thousand (720,000) units of “Vaso cubo con tapa” brand Gel ‘hada, consisting of a plastic cup mold plus lid, and (111,920) units of “Botilito con tapa” brand Néctar San Jorge, consisting of a botilito with lid, each with a design of the promotion, will be distributed nationwide in the cities mentioned above or while supplies last.

Participants will be able to find this promotion nationwide in the main neighborhood supermarkets and in the Almacenes Éxito chain in the following cities:

Barranquilla
Cali
Bucaramanga
Tunja

And in any other point of sale of Gelatin Gel ‘hada and Nectar San Jorge nationwide.

The participation of the interested parties, as well as the activity and the prizes, are subject to the conditions and restrictions indicated in these regulations.

The responsibility of COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A. culminates with the delivery of the prize. The persons who purchase the products with the promotional elements, release the organizers from all responsibility for any damage, on persons or things, that could be caused by reason of the inappropriate handling and/or consumption of the promotional elements, and in general, Levapan S. A. will not be responsible for any damage or harm suffered, directly or indirectly and in connection with the realization of this promotional activity or with the prizes offered within it. Exchanges for money, securities or any other material product are not admitted.
