As a result of our work in innovation with sense and focus on the customer, we launched in Colombia a new product for the food service market: San Jorge Fruit Pulp.
This new product, which has different applications in juices, sauces, dishes, vinaigrettes, bakery and pastries, is preservative-free and does not require refrigeration. Additionally, it comes in seven flavors (blackberry, strawberry, pineapple, lulo, soursop, passion fruit, mango) and is aimed at customers such as restaurants, hotels, catering and bakeries.
We continue to work to become stronger and more competitive. Therefore, in the first two months we expect to sell about 11 tons of the new fruit pulps.
