TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY CALLED “#ConSanJorgeYoDigo”

This regulation contains the parameters of participation, restrictions, terms and conditions of the activity called “#ConSanJorgeYoDigo”, which will be binding and opposable to all those people who participate in the activity, who voluntarily and through their participation declare to understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by THE NATIONAL YEAST COMPANY LEVAPAN S.A. NIT: 860.000.261-6, henceforth “Levapan” for participation in the Activity. Failure to comply with what is set forth herein, of the rules or systems built by Levapan in The Activity, will be excluded from participating in the Activity and you will not receive any incentive / compensation.

SCOPE

The activity is organized by Levapan, whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and marketing of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the activity is to invite the existing community on the Fan Page of the Nectar brand on Facebook, which is located on this social network with the name Nectar Saint George, and boost the interaction of current and potential followers on the new digital channels of the San Jorge brand (Instagram and Facebook).

This activity will be disseminated only through the fan page of Nectar San Jorge and will be published on the Facebook social network, inviting you to participate directly in the Instagram of @Sanjorgecolombia.

REGULATIONS

The activity is carried out under Law 1480 of 2011 and other regulatory and complementary rules since the purpose of this is to promote Levapan products. Consequently and taking into account that the development and selection of the winner of the activity will not be through raffles, raffles or games of chance, the regulations on the rentistic monopoly of games of luck and chance established in Law 643 of 2001 will not apply.

PARTICIPANTS: They must meet the following conditions:

1. Natural person;
2. Foreigners with Colombian immigration cards or Colombians, both legally resident in Colombia;
3. They must be over 18 years old;
4. The participant must have a public profile to be able to mention him as a winner in case of being selected;
5. They may not involve other brands;
6. Photos with violent, religious, political content, or that violate in any way the legal system, will not be able to participate;
7. Employees/collaborators of Grupo Lerapan may not participate;
8. You can only participate 1 time;
9. The activity will have no cost to the Participant.

MECHANICS OF THE ACTIVITY: From the start date of the Activity, which will be October 4, 2021, Levapan will publish a post giving notice at the beginning of the Mass, so the participant will have until October 11, 2021 to do the following:

Connecting it with the concept of saying things with San Jorge, the participant will be encouraged to say what they have wanted to say so much to a special person, so that they do it through the Instagram of San Jorge.

Contest methodology:

• The participant must follow @Sanjorgecolombia on Instagram and Facebook.
• @Sanjorgecolombia will publish a post of the contest on their Instagram profile, in which the Participant must write that message for the person you love and tag it. The comment should go with the hashtag #ConSanJorgeYoDigo.
• Only 1 comment per participant will be valid.
• Invite your friends to like your comment and post.
• The three comments with the highest number of likes will be rewarded in the following order:

 

• 1 place: 1 Oster Digimon air fryer 2128609

Features: Digimon Oster ® 1.8L Air Fryer, Time and temperature control + Digital Panel 7 Functions, With non-stick grille in basket bottom, 1000 watts.

• 2nd place: 1 market bond worth $50,000.

Features: Gift voucher worth $ 50,000 to be redeemable in the supermarkets of Cadena Grupo Éxito, Carulla, Surtimax, SuperInter or SurtiMayorista.

• 3rd place: 1 $35,000 NETFLIX Gift Card

SELECTION OF WINNERS

A jury made up of: Ana Lucia Trujillo- Head of Senior Consumer Brand of Levapan, Nataly González- Digital Communications Coordinator and Mayerli Hernández- Consumer Marketing Assistant, will count and tie in case comments are submitted with the same number of likes. From this count will come three (3) winners and three (3) alternates (in cases where a winner is not deserving of the stimulus for failing to comply with what is agreed here, the stimulus cannot be delivered; or it is not claimed), of the most creative photo, taking into account the following criteria:

• The winners will be chosen taking into account the number of likes their comment receives, rewarding the participants with the highest sum of likes.
• In the event of a tie in the number of likes, the jury will decide which is the most creative comment and that, according to its criteria, deserves to be the winner.

STIMULUS

The incentives to deliver will be: one (1) Oster Digimon air fryer 2128609 for first place, one (1) $50,000 market bond for second place. And finally, one (1) $35,000 NETFLIX Gift Card for third place. All stimuli are detailed in this document.

• We will communicate the winners through the Instagram profile of @Sanjorgecolombia, within a maximum period of October 18, 2021.
• Winners will be contacted via direct message via Instagram, who must provide their details via direct message to @Sanjorgecolombia’s Instagram profile within five (5) business days of the announcement. Once the term expires and if there is no response to deliver the stimulus, Levapan will be entitled to select another winner from the list made up of the alternates.
• After the data is confirmed, the stimulus will be delivered nationwide.

EXCLUSION

• Any misleading or fraudulent action of the Participant will be at the discretion of Levapan its exclusion.
• Failure to comply with any provision set forth herein.
• Use any form of fraud, technological or manual to take advantage in the development of this activity.

VALIDITY

The activity will #ConSanJorgeYoDigo begin on October 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and end on Monday, October 11, 2021 until 23:59 Colombian time.

SCHEDULE:

• Contest start date: October 4, 2021.
• Contest end date: October 11, 2021.
• Winner selection date: October 18, 2021.
• Date of publication of winners: October 18, 2021.
• Date of delivery of the stimuli: From October 19, 2021 to November 30, 2021.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Any identification of fraud, crime, violation of rule / law, provision or irregularities that go against ethics and morals, or those events that are classified as force majeure or fortuitous event, Levapan , is authorized to immediately suspend the activity, without assuming any responsibility.

With participation, the Participants expressly authorize the use, publication and reproduction, without limitation or restriction, of their name, city and photograph in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, through any means, for commercial or informative purposes by Levapan. The Participants and/or Winners will not have the right to receive any consideration for the facts described in this paragraph.

Levapan may make modifications to this document without prior authorization, which will be published on the Facebook Fan Page and on the
