Elaboration process

  1. Initially dissolve the amount of the Natilla mixture package well in 1 liter of milk (1000 ml), until a homogeneous suspension is obtained
  2. Separate hot until boiling the rest of the milk (2000 ml) and add the custard mixture previously dissolved in the previous point stirring constantly, hold the heating and if you wish add other ingredients to taste.
  3. Once it begins to thicken, decrease the temperature and without suspending the stirring, continue cooking for approximately 10 minutes. Cooking times may vary according to the quantity.
  4. Immediately transfer the custard into a heat-resistant mold and let it cool.
