Cassava Sour Starch Levapan® 12.5 kg

Granulated product obtained from the fermentation of cassava starch. Useful as an ingredient in the manufacture of cheese products, such as cassava bread, fritters, almojábanas, pan de bono and cheese bread.


  • Store at room temperature away from sun and moisture.
  • Store the product in pallets, separated from floors and walls.
  • Once opened, keep it away from high temperatures.
  • Close the package tightly after each use.
  • Dose the product with clean, dry utensils.
