Baking powder Levapan® 25 kg bag

Homogeneous mixture of ingredients that act as leavening agents in bakery, pastry, biscuit and biscuit products; such as oatmeal cookies, milk bread, ponqué junior, ponqué industrial, coconut bread, calentanos, muffins, mantecadas, among others. Its active ingredient is Leval (aluminum sodium sulfate).

How to use

Height above sea level, % over the weight of flour.

  • 0 m to 1000 m 3% to 6%
  • 1000 or more 0.5% to 3%


  • Keep the product in a clean and dry place, away from pollutants and excess moisture.
  • Close the package tightly after each use.

Shelf life

6 months.
