TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present regulations contain the parameters of participation, as well as the exclusions, restrictions, terms and conditions of the activity called “St. George Caravan “.These terms and conditions will be binding and opposable to all those who participate in the promotion, who by their participation in the terms established herein declare to understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by Levapan for the participation in the promotion. Participation in the promotion will bind participants to the terms and conditions and failure to comply will result in exclusion from the promotion or revocation of prizes. Levapan S.A. reserves the right to change the start date of the promotion and modify the terms and conditions in case of unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control or beyond its control.

SCOPE

The promotion is organized by COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A., with Nit 860.000.261-6 whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and commercialization of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the promotion is to boost sales in the cities of Barranquilla, Cartagena and Santa Marta.

The promotion will be disseminated through the web page, advertising material such as posters, flyers, and perifoneo. The terms and conditions are published on the website www.levapan.com.

PARTICIPANTS

The promotion is open to natural persons residing in the cities of Barranquilla, Cartagena, Santa Marta, of legal age, who purchase Salsas, Sazonadoras and Nectar San Jorge products.

PRIZE

Participants who purchase Salsas, Sazonadoras and Nectar San Jorge, and accept the terms and conditions of the promotion will receive one of the following free prize options:

Option 1: For purchases of $4,000 or more, you will receive a set of glasses for three units.

Option 2: For purchases equal to or greater than $6,000 you will receive a 250 cm3 oil.

MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

In order to participate in the promotional activity participants must purchase

San Jorge brand sauces and nectar in sachets and bottles totaling a minimum of $4,000 or $6,000 Colombian pesos in current currency.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELEMENT

Option 1: Set of Glasses for Three Units

Option 2: 250 cm3 oil

DURATION:

The promotion ““St. George Caravan.” will start on January 28, 2020 until February 23, 2020 or while stocks last (11,500 units of set of glasses and 11,500 units of 250 cm3 bottles of oil).

PARTICIPATING CITIES AND ESTABLISHMENTS:

• Barranquilla, Cartagena and Santa Marta – Neighborhood stores.

UNITS SUBJECT TO PROMOTION

The company will deliver to the participants of the San Jorge brand promotion who comply with the terms and conditions, 11,500 units of set of glasses and 11,500 units of 250 cm3 bottles of oil.)

This document and all relations of any kind arising from it shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Colombia.
