SCOPE

The promotion is organized by Levapan S.A., with NIT 860.000.261-6 whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and marketing of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the promotion is to boost sales nationwide. The promotion “Colada San Jorge má brings you collectible molds of the Angry Birds license”.will be disseminated through the website, stickers communicating the promotion on the packaging, advertising material such as posters, banners, banners, posters, headers and digital media.

This promotion begins on September (15), 2020 through January (31), 2021.

MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

To participate in the promotional activity, participants must purchase a pack of 2 Coladas x 200g marked with the sticker announcing the promotion to receive a free “Angry Birds 2 License” promotional item.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELEMENT

The promotional element for Colada San Jorge Ma consists of a “Mold with lid” elements injected in polypropylene. Each item comes with one of the 4 collectible character designs Chuck (yellow), Red (red), Silver (white) and Bomb (black) of the “Angry Birds” licensed characters. This product has been manufactured with food safe materials.

It is recommended to wash the product before its first use. To ensure longer product durability, it should not be washed with abrasive sponges or strong detergents. Check the cleanliness of the corners of the lid and the vessel to avoid accumulation of residues. Not suitable for use in microwave ovens. Avoid direct contact with high temperatures such as ovens or flames. This product can be refrigerated.

This product may contain small parts. For children under 3 years of age it is recommended to use under adult supervision.

• Mold with lid: Made of polypropylene, measures approximately 87 mm * 124.5 mm, decorated on one side Heat Tranfer full polychrome, embossed logos on the lid, collectible 4 different motifs.

 

DURATION

The promotion “Colada San Jorge má brings you collectible molds of the Angry Birds license” for Coladas San Jorge má will begin on September fifteenth (15), two thousand twenty (2020) and runs until January thirty-first (31), two thousand twenty-one (2021) or while supplies last.

Note: For Almacenes Éxito the promotion will be available from October thirteenth (01) while supplies last.

UNITS SUBJECT TO PROMOTION

Forty thousand (40,000) units of “Collectible Mold with lid” San Jorge Ma brand, consisting of a plastic cup mold plus lid, each with a design of the promotion, will be distributed nationwide in the cities mentioned above or while supplies last.

In case of force majeure, acts of God, or acts of third parties, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes or riots, as well as situations that affect the activity; or in case of detection of fraud or attempted fraud to the detriment of the organizers or the participants of the activity, NATIONAL COMPANY OF YEASTS LEVAPAN S.A.may modify all or part of this activity, as well as suspend it temporarily or permanently without assuming any responsibility in this regard. In these cases, the basis of the measures adopted, as well as the evidence that proves the existence of the cause invoked by the Organizers shall be available to any interested party.
