Artificial flavoring for food, used in bakery, biscuits, biscuits and ice cream parlor.

Flavors

Banana, cinnamon, coconut, fennel, butter, pineapple, white vanilla, vanilla caramel, cheese, orange, ponqué, arequipe and raisins.

How to use

The % dosage is calculated on the weight of the flour.

• Cinnamon, cheese and orange 0.5%.
• White Vanilla-Vanilla caramel-Fennel-Pineapple-Ponqué-Coconut-Butter-Banana-Arequipe and Rum raisins 1% – 2%.

Storage

• Keep the product in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated place, away from heat sources.
• Cover the product tightly after each use.
• Keep the product away from light.
• Keep the product in its original container.

Shelf life

12 months.
