How to use
Base formula
Complete premix | 1000 g | 100% |
Eggs | 350 g | 35% |
Vegetable oil | 300 g | 30% |
Water | 250 g | 25% |
Mode of preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for one minute on low speed with flat whisk.
- Stop the mixer, scrape walls and bottom and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Serve in layers or molds of the desired size, previously greased.
- Bake at 180 °C – 200 °C for 20 – 45 minutes depending on the size of the cake or muffin
