We have 2 types of trainings:

  1. Personalised advice : our technicians travel to your business once they have identified the need to diversify your product catalogue, apply new techniques or develop new recipes. Simply contact your advisor for availability.
  2. Courses in person : are trainings on very specific topics that are given to groups of clients invited by our advisors.

Mobile School

We have a mobile tool , which allows us to take and demonstrate our knowledge in bakery, pastry, chocolate and gastronomy , to our clients of direct offices and distributors, achieving to increase the coverage in subjects of training and advising to different geographical zones of the country. The Mobile School is equipped with cooking and refrigeration equipment, video and sound, necessary elements for product exhibitions, demonstrations and courses which are directed by our qualified technical team of work.

The baker's house

The Casa del Panadero is addressed to all clients of LEVAPAN who already have or are about to have their own bakery or pastry .

Gastronomic School

The Gastronomic School is aimed at clients of LEVAPAN who already have or will have a restaurant, a hotel, a casino, or bakeries that plan to include salt foods (lunches, sandwiches, etc.) in their product offerings.

They are suitable places for you to learn how to use the raw materials and ingredients of our portfolio and to create new products.

Grow your business with our trainings

It doesn't matter how big your business is . You can have a small bakery or a neighbourhood restaurant,
a business with several points of sale or a large food industry.

If you have already purchased and currently use any of the products in our portfolio,
you can access at no cost to any of the bakery, pastry, chocolate or gastronomy formations.

If you are the owner of the business, you can register directly or register for one of your
bakers or collaborators to learn how to prepare any type of recipe.

The facilities

They are places designed to give you the best and most complete learning experience.

In the face-to-face courses, you will have access to our facilities which are equipped with modern equipment of bakery, pastry and gastronomy and that you will be able to use to practice what you have learned.

In addition, because we want you to grow with your business, we will advise you on the type of equipment you can acquire, as well as its correct use.

La Casa del Panadero and La Escuela Gastronómica are located in LEVAPAN offices at calle 13 con carrera 46 in Bogotá.

We also have facilities in LEVAPAN offices in Sabaneta (Antioquia).
