TERMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These regulations contain the parameters of participation, as well as the exclusions, restrictions, terms and conditions of the promotional activity called ” GELACARITAS GEL’HADA”.which will be binding and opposable to all those who participate in the promotion, who by participating in it, declare to understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by Compañía Nacional de Levaduras Levapan S.A. for the participation in the promotion. Participation in the promotion will bind participants to the terms and conditions, and therefore non-compliance will result in exclusion from the promotion or revocation of prizes.

SCOPE

The promotion is organized by COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A., with Nit 860.000.261-6 whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and commercialization of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the promotion is to boost sales nationwide.

The promotion will be disseminated through the website, packaging material, advertising material such as posters, stickers, banners, banners, posters, headers and digital media.

PARTICIPANTS

Natural persons residing in Colombia, of legal age, who purchase the promotion called “Gelacaritas Gel’hada”, which consists of a prepack of 4 Gel’hada gelatins of 40 grams, in which the promotional element will be included, may participate in the promotion.

PRIZE OR FREE ITEM

Participants who purchase the pre-pack of 4 Gel’hada jellies will find in the packaging the promotional element consisting of a cup mold with lid and two (2) plastic hooks to close the lid with the element. Each cover comes with one of eight collectible Gel’hada face designs.

MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

To participate in the promotional activity, participants must purchase the pre-pack of 4 Gel’hada gelatins marked with the promotion and will receive the promotional item “Gelacaritas Gel’hada” for free.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ELEMENT

The promotional element consists of a plastic mold with lid and two (2) plastic hooks for closing the lid with polypropylene injected element. Each cover comes with one of eight collectible Gel’hada face designs. This product has been manufactured with food safe materials. It is recommended to wash the product before its first use. To ensure longer product durability, it should not be washed with abrasive sponges or strong detergents. Check the cleanliness of the corners of the lid and the vessel to avoid accumulation of residues. Not suitable for use in microwave ovens. Avoid direct contact with high temperatures such as ovens or flames. This product can be refrigerated. This product may contain small parts. For children under 3 years of age it is recommended to use under adult supervision.

The dimensions of the cup are: Height 65 mm +/-1% x Ø 85 mm (diameter) +/-1% at lid opening; average product size 1.2 mm +/-1%.Minimum product size: 1.1 mm, +/-1%; yellow color in 8 different patterns.

DURATION:

The “Gelacaritas Gel’hada” promotion will begin on January 1, 2019 and will run until March 31, 2019 or while supplies last. Seven hundred and twenty thousand units are available (720,000).

PARTICIPATING CITIES AND ESTABLISHMENTS:

• Bogotá – Supermarkets and/or mini-markets.
• Neiva – Supermarkets and/or mini-markets.
• Villavicencio – Supermarkets and/or mini-markets.
• Florence – Supermarkets and/or mini-markets.
• Barranquilla – Supermarkets and/or convenience stores.
• Cali – Supermarkets and/or convenience stores.
• Bucaramanga – Supermarkets and/or mini-markets.
• Tunja – Supermarkets and/or mini-markets.
• Pereira – Supermarkets and/or mini-markets.
• Medellín – Supermarkets and/or convenience stores.

And at any Gelatina Gel’hada point of sale nationwide.

UNITS SUBJECT TO PROMOTION

Seven hundred and twenty thousand (720,000) units of “Gelacaritas Gel’hada” will be distributed nationwide in the cities mentioned in the previous point until stocks last.

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

The participation of the interested parties, as well as the activity and the prizes, are subject to the conditions and restrictions indicated in these regulations.

The responsibility of COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A. culminates with the delivery of the prize.

The persons who purchase the products with the promotional elements, release the organizers from all responsibility for any damage, on persons or things, that could be caused by reason of the inappropriate handling and/or consumption of the promotional elements, and in general, Levapan S. A. will not be responsible for any damage or harm suffered, directly or indirectly and in connection with the realization of this promotional activity or with the prizes offered within it.

Exchanges for money, securities or any other material product are not admitted.

SUSPENSION

In case of force majeure, acts of God, or acts of third parties, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes or riots, as well as situations that affect the activity; or in case of detection of fraud or attempted fraud to the detriment of the organizers or participants of the activity, COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A., may modify all or part of this activity, as well as suspend it temporarily or permanently without assuming any responsibility in this regard. In these cases, the basis of the measures adopted, as well as the evidence that proves the existence of the cause invoked by the Organizers shall be available to any interested party.

PUBLICATION

These rules and regulations will be published on the website www.levapan.com so that they can be consulted by all participants who wish to do so.

It is understood that once the participants initiate the mechanics of the activity it is because they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the activity.

REGISTRATION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By accepting these terms and conditions, in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012, the person is giving COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A. its subsidiaries and/or companies of the same group of interest, the authorization to treat his personal information in accordance with the policy of treatment of personal data available at https://www.levapan.com/habeas-data/

The personal data obtained by COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A. are not of a sensitive nature, in accordance with the aforementioned law and will be used solely for the purposes of communication of advertising and promotional activities of COMPAÑÍA NACIONAL DE LEVADURAS LEVAPAN S.A. and its brands.
