TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAMPAIGN CALLED “100 years of Respin”

This regulation contains the parameters of participation, restrictions, terms and conditions of the activity called “100 years of Respin”, hereinafter “The activity” which will be binding and opposable to all those who participate in the activity, who voluntarily and through their participation declare to understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by THE NATIONAL YEAST COMPANY LEVAPAN S.A. NIT: 860.000.261-6, henceforth “Levapan” for participation in the activity. Failure to comply with what is stated herein, of the rules or systems built by Levapan in the activity, will be excluded from participating in the activity and will not receive any incentive / compensation.

SCOPE

The activity is organized by Levapan, whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and marketing of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the activity is to announce that the Respin brand celebrates a century of tradition. This brand that is part of the Levapan family, was born in Rionegro- Antioquia and is responsible for producing Sauces, Preserves, Beverages, Seasonings, Compotes, Jams and Essences.

This activity will be disseminated only by Levapan’s Facebook social network.

REGULATIONS

The activity is carried out under Law 1480 of 2011 and other regulatory and complementary rules since the purpose of this is to promote Levapan products. Consequently and taking into account that the development and selection of the winner of the activity will not be through raffles, raffles or games of chance, will not apply the regulations on the rentistic monopoly of games of luck and chance established in Law 643 of 2001,

PARTICIPANTS: They must meet the following conditions:

1. Natural person.
2. They must be of legal age at the time of participating in the activity.
3. Residents in Colombia
4. Citizen or foreigner who is legally resident in Colombia.
5. The participant must have a profile on the social network Facebook that can be identified as a real natural person.
6. Each profile, user, email or natural person can only participate once.
7. Participants must be followers of Levapan Colombia’s Facebook account.
8. Employees/collaborators of the Levapan Group may not participate.
9. They will not be able to tag celebrity or influencer accounts in the post.
10. Levapan will be entitled to disqualify people who mention or make use of images alluding to trademarks, names and / or commercial slogans of third parties.
11. The activity will have no cost to the Participant.
12. Promotion valid only for the department of Antioquia-Colombia.

MECHANICS OF THE ACTIVITY: The contest will last 6 days, which correspond to November 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2021 and will have the following stages:

Day 1– November 05, 2021: The following pieces will be published on Facebook stories:

Part 2: History of expectation.

Day 2 – November 6, 2021: Contest launch:

1. Follow our Levapan Colombia Fan Page on Facebook.
2. Correctly answer the three questions of the trivia.
3. Tag two friends in the post.

Day 3 – November 7, 2021: Space to participate.

Day 4 – November 8, 2021: Story post on Facebook to encourage followers in Antioquia to participate in The Activity.

Day 5 – November 9, 2021: Space to participate.

Day 6 – November 10, 2021: The contest closes and the ten (10) winners are announced through Facebook Stories.

The winners will be announced through Facebook at the end of the activity.

The first ten (10) participants to correctly answer the three questions of the trivia and meet the conditions of following the Levapan Colombia Fan Page and tagging two friends in the publication, will be the winners of the product anchetas. These people will tag themselves in a story and then contact each other by direct message to coordinate the sending of the ancheta. After the term of 5 days and in the case of not getting a response to deliver the prize, Levapan will be entitled to declare the activity deserted.

After confirming the data, the awards ceremony will take place only in Antioquia.

Comments with violent, religious, political content, or that violate in any way the legal system, will not be able to participate.

10 Anchetas of Respin products will be awarded, one to each winning participant.

The prize cannot be modified for money, product, or any type of refund

EXCLUSION

Any misleading action of the Participant or fraudulent at Levapan’s discretion.

Failure to comply with any provision set forth herein.

Use any form of fraud, technological or manual to take advantage in the development of this activity.

VALIDITY

The activity will begin on November 5, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until November 10, 2021 until 06:00 p.m. Colombian time.

Any identification of fraud, crime, violation of rule / law, provision or irregularities that go against ethics and morals, or those events that are classified as force majeure or fortuitous event, Levapan , is authorized to immediately suspend the activity, without assuming any responsibility.

With participation, the Participants expressly authorize the use, publication and reproduction, without limitation or restriction, of their image, name, city and photograph in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, through any means, for commercial or informative purposes by Levapan. The Participants and/or Winners will not have the right to receive any consideration for the facts described in this paragraph.

Levapan may make modifications to this document without prior authorization, which will be published on the Facebook Fan Page and on the www.levapan.com

Levapan’s responsibility culminates with the award ceremony.

All information related to the activity will be provided in Spanish.

Any damage or harm that may be caused by the prizes, Levapan will NOT be responsible by virtue of the fact that the Winners act at their own risk.
