Terms and Conditions Nectar St. George Christmas Carol Contest

These regulations contain the parameters of participation, restrictions, Terms and Conditionsonditions of the activity called “Carols with Nectar St. George“which shall be binding and enforceable against all those persons participating in the activity, who by their participation in the terms set forth herein declare that they understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by LEVAPAN S.A for participation in the activity.

SCOPE

The activity is organized by LEVAPAN S.A., with NIT 860.000.261-6 whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and marketing of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the activity is to boost SALES of our San Jorge brand Nectar and encourage consumer participation in the Fan Page in a dynamic and interactive way.

This activity will be publicized only through the fan page of “Néctar San Jorge”.e the fan page of “Néctar San Jorge”.

any citizen of legal age, who is domiciled in Bogotá D.C or Barranquilla.

MECHANICS OF THE ACTIVITY

The participant shall:

1. Follow our Facebook profile @NéctarSanJorge
2. Comment onthe contest publication a creative creative of a Christmas carol involving Nectar St. George.
3. The participant will have the opportunity to share his/her carol from the 10 of December 10 until Sunday 20 of December 20 2020 until 11:59 pm
4. The jury will enter the page and will select the 5 winners ofhe most creative most creativeoon Monday 21 of December 21 2020.
5. Winners will be announced on Tuesday 22 of
   
   December 22nd
   
   through the Fan Page.
6. We will contact the winners to request the shipping address of the prize.,which will take a maximum of 15 working days working days
   
   after the address is confirmed.
