Terms and Conditions Nectar SanJorge accompanies you to have fun with Angry Birds

These regulations contain the parameters of participation, restrictions, terms and conditions for the activity called“#NéctarSanJorgeTeAcompañaTeAcompaña to have fun with Angry Birds.”which will be binding and opposable to all those who participate in the activity, who by their participation in the terms established herein declare to understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by Levapan for the participation in the activity.

SCOPE

The activity is organized by Levapan S.A.with NIT 860.000.261-6 whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and marketing of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the activity is to boost sales of our Nectar San Jorge and encourage consumer participation in the Fan Page and Landing Page in a dynamic and interactive way.

This activity will only be publicized through the fan page of “Néctar San Jorge” and will use the landing page hosted on the Levapan S.A. website as the main contest asset.

PARTICIPANTS

You will be able to participate in the activity. “#NéctarSanJorgeTeAcompaña a divertirte con Angry Birds.” Any citizen of legal age, who is domiciled in Bogotá D.C or Barranquilla.

MECHANICS OF THE NOVEMBER ACTIVITY

The methodology of participation will be as follows:

1. The participant must enter the page
   http://nectarsanjorge.levapan.com/
   and fill out the form.
2. The participant must upload a photograph in which he/she can be seen consuming Nectar San Jorge Angry Birds edition.
3. The participant may participate as many times as he/she wishes following this methodology.
4. A Levapan jury will select the 3 most creative photographs to win first place and 2 additional photographs for second place.
5. A post will be made on the Facebook profile and an email will be sent notifying the winners.
6. Levapan S.A. will send the prizes to the winners by registered mail.

The prize for the first 3 places will be a school backpack, an Angry Birds t-shirt and a six pack of Nectar San Jorge. The prize for fourth and fifth place will be an Angry Birds T-shirt and a six pack of Nectar San Jorge.

CURRENT

The activity. “#NéctarSanJorgeTeAcompaña a divertirte con Angry Birds.” shall be effective from November eighteenth (18), 2020 to November twenty-ninth (29), 2020 at 11:59 pm. Winners will be announced on the Nectar San Jorge Fan Page and contacted by email on December 1, 2020.
