How to use

Base formula

Complete premix1000 g100%
Eggs350 g35%
Vegetable oil300 g30%
Water250 g25%

 

  1. Mix all the ingredients for one minute on low speed with flat whisk.
  2. Stop the mixer, scrape walls and bottom and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Serve in molds of the desired size, previously greased.
  4. Bake at 150 °C – 160 °C for 45 – 60 minutes depending on the size of the cake.
