Storage
Store in a clean, cool, dry place, away from sources of strong odors and direct light. Keep in its original packaging and close tightly after each use.

Mode of preparation
- Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Knead to good elasticity.
- Let the dough stand for 10 min.
- Portionate of the desired weight.
- Mold to desired size
- Bring to fermentation room at a temperature of 35 °C and 80% RH
Bake at 180 ° C between 20 – 30 min, according to the size of the piece.
