Homogeneous mixture of ingredients, which act as leavening agents in bakery, pastry, biscuit and biscuits products such as oatmeal biscuits, milk bread, junior ponqué, industrial ponqué, coconut bread, calentanos, muffins, mantecadas, among others. Its active ingredient is sodium pyrophosphate.

Storage
- Keep the product in a clean and dry place, away from pollutants and excess moisture.
- Close the package tightly after each use.
