How to use

Mode of preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients for one minute on low speed with flat whisk.
2. Stop the mixer, scrape walls and bottom and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
3. Serve in layers or molds of the desired size, previously greased.
4. Bake at 180 °C – 200 °C for 20 – 45 minutes depending on the size of the cake or muffin
