Mode of preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Knead to good elasticity.
  3. Let the dough stand for 10 min.
  4. Portionate of the desired weight.
  5. Mold to desired size
  6. Bring to fermentation room at a temperature of 35 °C and 80% RH

Bake at 180 ° C between 20 – 30 min, according to the size of the piece.
