Colorant for Bakery Yellow L-100 Levapan® plastic jar of 500 g

Mixture of primary dyes, with fine-grained sugar, certified for food. They come in scarlet red, L-100, which corresponds to egg yellow, and L-300, which corresponds to orange yellow. They are useful to give color to bakery products, biscuits, biscuits and pastries.

How to use

It is dosed from 0.02% to 0.05% based on the flour and, preferably, mixed with the water of the formulation.

Storage

• Store the product in a clean, cool, dry place.
• Close the package tightly after each use.

12 months.
