Sandwich of the World with St. George Master

This regulation contains the parameters of participation, restrictions, terms and conditions of the activity called “#Sandwichdelmundo St. George Master”, which will be binding and opposable to all those people who participate in the activity, who voluntarily and through their participation declare to understand and accept the terms and conditions as well as the procedures and systems established by THE NATIONAL YEAST COMPANY LEVAPAN S.A. NIT: 860.000.261-6, henceforth “Levapan” for participation in the ACTIVITY. Failure to comply with what is set forth herein, of the rules or systems built by Levapan in The ACTIVITY, will be excluded from participating in the ACTIVITY and you will not receive any incentive / compensation.

SCOPE

The activity is organized by Levapan, whose corporate purpose is the manufacture and marketing of food products and ingredients for the food industry for human consumption and animal and agricultural nutrition.

The purpose of the Activity is to encourage San Jorge’s brand recognition of its Salsas Maestro product line. This activity will be disseminated only through the @sanjorgecolombia account on Instagram and through print media.

REGULATIONS

The activity is carried out under Law 1480 of 2011 and other regulatory and complementary rules since the purpose of this is to promote Levapan products. Consequently and taking into account that the development and selection of the winner of the activity will not be through raffles, raffles or games of chance, the regulations on the rentistic monopoly of games of luck and chance established in Law 643 of 2001 will not apply.

PARTICIPANTS: They must meet the following conditions:

MECHANICS OF THE ACTIVITY: From the start date of the competition, which will be the

March 25, 2022, Levapan will publish a post giving notice at the beginning of it, so the participant will have until April 1, 2022 to do the following:

What do you need to do to participate in our contest?

1. 1. Follow @sanjorgecolombia on Instagram.
2. 2. Create your best sandwich with our San Jorge Mae World Sauces
3. 3. Upload a photo of your preparation in Instagram stories, (the sauce you used and the packaging must be visible). Label to @sanjorgecolombia. We will validate your participation with a confirmation message.
4. 4. The 10 most appetizing, creative stories with the master touch, will be chosen by our expert jury* and each of them will win one (1) Panini Grill accompanied by one (1) San Jorge product ancheta

SELECTION OF WINNERS

There will be 10 winners, who will be selected between April 4 and 7, 2022 by the following jury:

Levapan and Helena Bernal – Consumer Marketing Assistant Levapan

Those who will select the (10) winners and three (10) alternates (in cases where a winner is not deserving of the stimulus for failing to comply with what is agreed herein, the stimulus cannot be delivered; or it is not claimed), of the publication of

#sandwichdelmundo more creative, taking into account the following criteria:

Creativity: The jury will analyze the creativity in the composition, the coherence and its originality in the composition of the photo, where it must mention the Instagram profile of the brand @sanjorgecolombia , the use of the product on the sandwich must be visible and must contain the packaging that was used for the preparation of any of the 3 San Jorge Maestro Sauces (Garlic Sauce, Spiced Sauce or Corn Sauce).

We will communicate the winners through the Instagram profile of

@sanjorgecolombia within a maximum period of April 8, 2022. Once the winners have been selected by the jury, San Jorge will contact the winners through a direct message from @sanjorgecolombia on Instagram.

Winners must provide their personal data via direct message to @sanjorgecolombia’s Instagram profile within five (5) business days of the announcement. Once the term expires and if there is no response to deliver the stimulus, Levapan will be entitled to select another winner from the list made up of the alternates.

After the data is confirmed, the stimulus will be delivered nationwide.

VALIDITY

The activity “#SándwichDelMundo San Jorge Maestro” will begin on March 25, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. and will end on April 1, 2022 until 11:59 p.m. Colombian time.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Any identification of fraud, crime, violation of rule / law, provision or irregularities that go against ethics and morals, or those events that are classified as force majeure or fortuitous event, Levapan , is authorized to immediately suspend the activity, without assuming any responsibility.

With participation, the Participants expressly authorize the use, publication and reproduction, without limitation or restriction, of their name, city and photograph in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, through any means, for commercial or informative purposes by Levapan. The Participants and/or Winners will not have the right to receive any consideration for the facts described in this paragraph.

Levapan may make modifications to this document without prior authorization, which will be published on page www.levapan.com.

All information related to the contest will be provided in Spanish.

Any damage or harm that may be caused by the stimuli, Levapan will NOT be responsible by virtue of the fact that The Winners act at their own risk.
