Gloria Group and Levapan, the best creamy combination

The Gloria group is a Peruvian conglomerate that has been in the market for more than 70 years. It is recognized in the dairy sector and currently exports to more than 50 countries and is present in 7 countries such as Ecuador, Argentina, Peru, Puerto Rico and Colombia.

It arrived in Colombia 16 years ago and today integrates its brands with Algarra, California and Lechesan. Thanks to the alliance created between Levapan and Gloria, as of August 2020, the new Gloria Milk Cream will be launched, a new product that was created in the Gloria laboratories in Colombia.

Meet the Gloria UAT/UHT milk cream x 900ml

Our new product will stand out in the market for its high quality, performance and competitive price. It is ideal for pastry as a key ingredient in cake decoration, dessert preparation and also for culinary applications such as sauces.

It is characterized by its excellent flavor, its consistency over time, its high yield at the time of use and its stable color. It should be noted that it has a shelf life of 4 months and once opened should be kept refrigerated at a temperature of 2 – 6 degrees Celsius. When it is opened, it should be consumed as soon as possible.

The new cream will initially be sold in Bogota and Medellin in a single 900 ml presentation.
