Baker´s Yeast Extract is obtained from pure cultures of Sacharomyces cerevisae, specifically as flavor enhancers, flavoring compounds and raw materials for reaction flavors and also as a nutritional supplement for a large variety of food products and also as a high performance substrate for a wide range of industrial fermentations.
